orders ship in less than 3 weeks. We make every

| We most certainly hope you will
not have any problems but realistically things do happen. If you
do experience an unexpected problem,

| How do I know what size
bracelet to order? |
| A safe measurement is to add 1 to
1.5 inches to your wrist size. You can also look at our
sizing chart
for approximate sizes according to age. |

| What if my bracelet doesn't
fit? |
| We offer one free restringing if
there is a problem with the fit. Simply return your item with a
check for $4.85 to cover return shipping. After that, it is $5.00 plus S&H. |

| Can your jewelry be worn in the shower or pool? |
| Although the beads, charms and clasps are sterling
silver, they are strung on jewelry wire. We use the highest quality
jewelry wire but we still recommend not wearing our products in water. |
