Each ID On Me includes 4 waterproof Tyvek Information Inserts.

The ID On Me can contain family contact information, medical conditions, and special needs of the wearer. This information must be printed on the Information Insert in permanent ink, and the Ultra Fine Point Sharpie® is recommended.

Runners can attach the ID On Me to shoes by removing the wristband and threading the laces through the compartment slots.
